"Imagine handing out a flyer in your own community, encouraging your neighbours to contact their elected officials.
You are taking part in democracy. You are exercising your freedom of expression. You are acting as a model citizen.
Then someone files a human rights complaint against you. Next you face a prosecution that could mean you have to pay tens of thousands of dollars to the complainant.
This is what happened to Benita Pedersen.
In June 2023, Benita learned that her Town of Westlock, Alberta, planned to paint a rainbow crosswalk featuring colours associated with "Pride" and transgenderism.
Benita disagreed with the project.
So, she did what a free Canadian has every right to do: she handed out a flyer urging the town council to “Cancel the rainbow crosswalk” and encouraged residents to contact their elected officials.
For doing this, Benita is now facing a human rights prosecution
That same month, a woman named Laurie Hodge, who now sits on the Westlock Town Council, filed a human rights complaint against Benita, arguing that her flyer was “discriminatory.”
The result? Starting on September 14, Benita will be forced to defend herself at an 8-day hearing before the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal."

It is ironically unfortunate that the very thing you are working for is the very thing that Carney is working against. Regardless whether Q1-9 results in a majority mandate - it would seem that Carney has already answered you on how successful your efforts will be.
But more troubling is that you consistently and constantly refer to all Canada's woes as being the result of Justin Trudeau when in fact Carney was Trudeau's advisor for 5 years. And though you want to blame Trudeau for our immigration woes, I think you need to admit that Carney is WORSE than Trudeau on almost every metric (hard to believe that's possible but it is true) including immigration. Stop blaming Trudeau and start blaming Carney!
