Can you see what’s happening? The temperature in Alberta’s political landscape is rising fast — and what’s coming isn’t for the faint of heart.

Over the past few months, the attacks have been intensifying. You can feel it everywhere:

Have you noticed more direct hits on conservative leaders?

Have you seen more lazy comparisons to Trump?

Have you seen the spike in negativity across Alberta-focused sites?

Have you noticed the constitutional challenges piling up in court?

And have you seen the overseas pundits suddenly lecturing Alberta like they understand us?

These aren’t random. These are early warning signs.

The pressure is building because Alberta is asking hard questions — and the rest of Canada doesn’t know how to deal with that. Whenever a province pushes back, the response is always the same: smear, distract, deny, and intimidate.

Here’s the truth: the more Alberta asserts itself, the louder the backlash will grow.
