It sounds like you have to be registered BEFORE AUGUST 24th with a Third Party Advertiser and Elections Alberta to be a Referendum Scrutineer …but as Cory Morgan reports there is no form on the Elections Alberta site for Third Party Advertisers to register their referendum scrutineers.
Also Elections Alberta has not yet listed the voting sites… which is information you need to enter on the form that doesn’t exist.
Cory says he will be phoning Elections Alberta on Monday to get clarification on this required but non-existent form and non-existent voting site list that must be completed by August 24th.
