It’s one thing to campaign against independence as a private citizen but to do it as the premier using taxpayer dollars is abhorrent! Danielle should let the referendum play out and keep her nose to the grindstone on government responsibilities. Or in her words “stay in your lane”! 🤬

Good news and bad news really. At the 21 min 30ish mark, a good point is made that might be helpful info for Albertans on the fence to feel more comfortable to vote for independence.. He mentioned that if we were to win a referendum for independence, that means the government has to negotiate in good faith. In the end, it could mean that we separate and it also could mean that Canada could offer a better deal for AB to stay in Canada and we could take that. The bad news I foresee from his statement- the referendum in the end will just be the beginning of long term negotiations that could just stall independence even more than it is now. Either way I am thinking a referendum win for independence is our only hope for change rn. And if this is true, anyone who knows this and won't vote for independence is frozen in fear and not looking out for future generations. (in my opinion)

Smith also did the “passport thing”. This article shows she has disappointedly joined the fear and smear campaign style of the Federal Liberals:

Realistic.
