Well, that was interesting, at least to me. I was watching the beginning of King Charles’ arrival at the White House and something struck me. After he and Camilla did the formal greeting with the Trumps, they all crossed over to a collection of VIPs, of which about a dozen were in the front, to greet them. Charles stepped forward greeted and shook hands with Vance, Rubio, Hegseth and perhaps one other then turned away and started towards the podium…leaving the rest of them hanging. Trump was doing the handshake/greet right behind him but gave a startled look at Charles when he turned away, then continued to greet tbe rest who were in line…making Charles wait for him. When Charles realized Trump wasn‘t beside him, he turned and stood there like a lost soul (reminiscent of Biden?!) until Trump joined him…after shaking ALL the dignitaries’ hands.
