“President Donald Trump has announced that the United States and Israel have begun "major combat operations in Iran" with the goal of eliminating the Islamic regime.

His comments came shortly after explosions were seen at Beit-e Rahbari — the residence and office of Ayatollah Khamenei — along with numerous other targets.

It wasn't long after that reports began that Khameni had been killed during a meeting of his top officials.

Sources said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had seen pictures of his body.

Khameni's son, who was his successor, was also killed in the stikes that targetted a large gathering of his top officials.

Quoting Israeli officials, Fox News reported 40 top Iranians were killed as they attended a meeting. Mossad agents were operating inside Iran and sent details of the meeting back, prompting the strike.

"Khamenei, one of the most evil people in History, is dead. This is not only Justice for the people of Iran, but for all Great Americans, and those people from many Countries throughout the World, that have been killed or mutilated by Khamenei and his gang of bloodthirsty THUGS," President Donald Trump announced on Truth Social.

"He was unable to avoid our Intelligence and Highly Sophisticated Tracking Systems and, working closely with Israel, there was not a thing he, or the other leaders that have been killed along with him, could do."

"This is the single greatest chance for the Iranian people to take back their Country. We are hearing that many of their IRGC, Military, and other Security and Police Forces, no longer want to fight, and are looking for Immunity from us. As I said last night, “Now they can have Immunity, later they only get Death!”

The raids took place in broad daylight.

Irans response was to send out missiles and drones to neighbouring countries and explosions were heard in Tel Aviv as missiles hit.”
