For those collecting signatures and don't want people having your phone number show on their caller ID, you can block it from showing:
For Android: In your phone app, click on the 3 dots at the top right, Settings, scroll down to Supplementary services, under show your caller ID, choose never.
For iPhone: It's in settings, apps, phone, show my Caller ID.
