WOW! We are right again! Here is the receipt and it was from 2014! I take 6000 iu/day - looks like I could go higher. (I have taken 10,000 iu/day at various times). I believe 20 min in the summer sun gives you 25,000iu/day so there’s no issue. Share share share!
