“I copy and pasted the official MOU into SuperGrok. I asked about all the ambiguous language and other things, then I asked who would benefit the most from the ambiguous language. He sent me back a chart and I tried to copy and paste it here or in WORD and it did not want to work properly. Long story short, every single item, Alberta was the short term winner and CANADA has the real long term power (they can shut us down whenever they feel like it). The only item where Alberta and Canada were even on the short term winner list was the Pathways project, but Canada still holds the long term power. The list of items were 1.
