“Nicolaides has argued that Yeremiy’s petition is unwarranted, as the province’s recall legislation was designed to address ethics violations, negligence or personal misconduct, not a difference of political opinion.
“Clearly, this recall is a question of government policy and priorities, and not about my performance as your elected representative,” he wrote to his constituents in a public letter posted to social media last month.”
