A trainer in one of my Patreon pages wrote this about University studies directed at the Veterinary field but it applies to every field. It made so much sense and I am going to use it.
"One of the many reasons that I give very little weight to any university study is that many start off with a biased opinion, and the study is attempting to prove that bias. From the beginning, the study is skewed, and the results are useless".
I find it pretty coincidental that they only report what big pharma has a concontion for, almost like they own the media or something
