The tyrants and their sycophants need to be very afraid as the awakening accelerates and the anger bubbles not simmers. It's interesting to watch what happens when people realize they had the power to affect change all along and say NO to those who deem themselves rulers. Who do they think they are and by what authority do they give orders?

Jeff Rath’s behaviour toward Danielle Smith is not a good look for this movement, and he does not speak for me.
When this started, I had respect for him. But as this has played out, it has become harder to ignore what appears to be a push for power inside the movement, not a sincere focus on Alberta independence.
Danielle Smith is a major reason Albertans were even able to collect signatures in the first place. Compared to any other premier in this country, I believe she has been the strongest one standing up for her province.
I will not forget her accomplishments.
She stood up for parental rights when others wanted schools keeping parents in the dark.
She took action against political ideology being pushed in classrooms.
She made sure kids got back to school when the system tried to hold families hostage.
She has strengthened Alberta Sheriffs and continued exploring ways to free Alberta from relying on the RCMP.

Bit of a clusterfuck going on with a “leak” before the committee vote:
Western Standard: “Details of the motion include that the committee's report be tabled with a recommendation for Lukaszuk's policy petition to be referred for the purpose of a referendum on Oct. 19, and that "the question to be put to the electors in the referendum include an option for Albertans to vote for Alberta to remain in Canada."
Lukaszuk's petition application called for a referendum asking, "Do you agree that Alberta should remain in Canada?"
Under the Citizen Initiative Act, Justice Minister Mickey Amery will have the authority to rewrite the question in a manner that he feels will ensure that "The constitutional referendum will result in a clear expression of the will of the electors.
