They have and continue to torture these men even though they have been found not guilty of the crimes they were accused of based on the lies by the RCMP. The justice system that is supposed to protect us is victimizing us.

This is a pretty good summary of the debate yesterday. I was there. I agree with everything in this summary. Definitely saw the moderator’s bias. Definitely thought singing Oh Canada was inappropriate given the setting - we were rather shocked and weren’t sure what to do - we stood but didn’t sing. Keith also did not sing (I bet that’ll be a viral clip). I rolled my eyes A LOT at the well-delivered but ultimate lies and fear porn that Kenney spewed. Keith was measured and on point though I wish he had said more to counter Kenney’s constant BUTBUTBUT regarding Indians. The moderator wasn’t very good at keeping track of time and who’s turn it was. Ended on a good note when I got to Shake Keith’s hand and tell him “attaboy!” 😁
