This kind of predatory/parasitic behavior annoys me.
They discovered a "possible" issue, immediately recalled the product and now facing what I would call a frivolous law suit.

Thought this morning:
Collecting signatures is for having a referendum not whether or not we become independent. People may not understand this. Even people who want to vote NO can sign to have the chance to do so in a referendum.
I know that doesn't help us get to independence but it does get us to a referendum. Except that maybe someone who signs and would vote NO may end up changing their mind and vote YES come October.
